Welcome To Mayfield Tax Service!  

IRS has announced the start date of the new tax season - January 26, 2026.  We will begin taking appointments on or about January 15th 2026 for our original Castroville Rd location. Please call the office to request an appointment or for additional information on or after this date.  Current customers can also email a request and we will reply once the upcoming season schedule is finalized. 

Unexpected circumstances have created some minor scheduling changes for us in 2026 and we appreciate your patience as we work to get your preferred time and date scheduled!
